Why should I use JWD Paperie for my event? TOP
Where are you located and what stores carry your products? TOP We are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area however we do not have a showroom. Our designs and artwork are unique and will only be found in our custom portfolio or online studio. How much will each invitation cost to mail? TOP Postage varies from invitation to invitation depending on size, shape, and amount of inserts. The postal service is always updating their pricing so we recommend checking their website for updated information. What paper and cardstock colors can I choose from? TOP We offer a wide variety of colors, patterns, textures and ribbons to coordinate with your event. If we don’t have it we specialize in finding it for you! What printing options are available? TOP We offer high quality flat printing which is most cost effective and offers the most variety of colors. Other printing types are available for an additional fee. Do I create the wording for my ensembles? TOP Because there are numerous traditions and etiquettes regarding wording, we have some standard examples but recommend that you have some initial wording and ideas before your consultation. We can also provide many resources for you to use that will help you decide on your wording. Do I have to address and mail the invitations? TOP No, we can do it for you! Additional fees will apply depending on the options you select. Will I have to assemble my invitations? TOP No, we do that for you! Can you print the return address on the outer envelopes? TOP Yes! Additional fees will apply. Please keep in mind that some envelope colors and textures will not allow printing and require hand writing. We also provide hand writing and calligraphy services to add a special touch to your event. Can you print the address on the response envelopes? TOP It’s included! We include this printed address in all of our prices and quotes. What fonts can I select from? TOP We have many font options available. If you have a specific font you want to use let us know. If we don’t have it we’ll get it! I like ribbons and bling, what are my options? TOP These options are endless! Just let us know what you like and we’ll work with your closely to incorporate this into your design. Do you offer programs, menus and place cards to coordinate with my invitations? TOP Yes, we can design and produce your entire event ensemble. How many extra invitations should I order? TOP We suggest ordering at least 11% to 20% more than you plan on mailing. Can I order color swatches? TOP Your Sample Kit will include 5-10 color swatches that coordinate with your event based on the information you provide us. If the colors we send you are not what you’re looking for please contact us and we’ll find colors that do. Can I cancel my order and get a refund? TOP Once you have signed off on your final proof, production and printing will begin. At that time the order can’t be changed or canceled. Can I return my order if a mistake is made? TOP Any mistakes made by JWD Paperie will be immediately corrected at no cost to you. JWD Paperie is not responsible for errors made by you. Please check the final design and wording details carefully before signing off on your proof. Do you require a contract? TOP Yes, we have a simple contract that must be signed when you decide to work with us. |
